The Runner needs to be fast through the hole to avoid the defender. The Defender should breakdown in front of the runner to slow him down and pull the runner's flag.

The offensive player can choose one of 2 holes to run through. The defender has to react and pursue the ball runner in the correct hole.

Lineup a Wide Receiver (WR) against a Defensive Back (DB). The Quarterback (QB) will receive the snap from the Center (C) and look to complete a pass to the Wide Receiver.
