Wristband Plays

Instructions

Drillzball® Wristband plays are designed to attack defenses and expose weaknesses to create big plays.

Instructions

Step 1 - Print Wristband play for each player (6 per sheet).

Step 2 - Our plays are designed to be ran in the "no huddle". Players should lineup in the chosen formation immediately with no huddle.

Step 3 - Once the offense is set, the QB or Coach surveys the defense to find the best open spot and number to call.

Step 4 - The chosen number is called out to the offense and the play is ran to that number.

Step 5 - Immediately line up in the same formation or in a different formation. We recommend no more than 2 to 3 formations per game.

·      If your number is not called, run a route away from the intended target

o  Example – If we call #1 (wheel left to the RB) every other player should run a route to the right (7,8,9,10) for example

NOTE: Find an audible word that you can use to change the number after it’s been called. This is for when you call a number and the defense shifts last minute, you can change the number with an audible.

NOTE: Go into a huddle if you don’t want the defense to hear the number being called.
