1.) QB drops back as if to pass, then hands the ball to R1.

2.) R1 remains still until W1 & W2 get passed C, then takes handoff.

3.) All W's should run routes expecting to receive the ball.

OPTION (Play Action)

Fake hand-off to R1 then look to throw deep down the sideline.

W1 should be fast to clear out the defense for R1.
